Contribution rules According to Elections Alberta rules, donations may only be made by individuals (no corporations, non-profits, or unions) who are ordinarily resident in Alberta.

Individuals may only give a maximum of $4,300 per calendar to any combination of political parties, constituency associations, candidates, and leadership contestants.

Therefore, you may only donate if you are:

- An individual who ordinarily resident in Alberta
- Have not exceeded your donation limit for 2022
